What do the podcasts cover, you ask?

In Podcast #1, we discuss leave under the PWFA and how employers should evaluate and handle requests for leave. In Podcasts #2-4, 7, and 8, we break down key PWFA definitions such as predictable assessments, qualified individuals, known limitations, undue hardship, and the interactive process – spoiler alert: they're not the same as [they] ever was...

In Podcast #5, we discuss how to request a reasonable accommodation, while Podcast #6 provides examples of reasonable accommodations under the final rule.
